Khind Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in the manufacture, sale, and trading of electrical home appliances and wiring accessories primarily in Malaysia. Its products include a range of fans, kitchen appliances, and lighting appliances. The company offers its products primarily under the ‘Khind’ brand. Khind Holdings also engages in the rental of commercial properties and compliance testing of electrical home appliances, as well as in the assembly of wire harness and power supply cords. The company was founded in 1961 and is based in Sekinchan, Malaysia. Khind Holdings Berhad is a subsidiary of Kee Hin Ventures Sdn. Bhd. Khind now exports to 50 countries and will add the Indian sub-continent to its list which includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. West Asian countries make up between 50 and 60 per cent of Khind’s export revenue, while the remaining comes from countries in the Association of South-East Asian region, Europe and the African continents.
