About the name:
“El” is the hebrew word for God. “Sanctuary” mean a sacred place; a consecrated spot; a holy and inviolable site.
Getting there:
Exit Plaza toll Simpang Ampat and you will see a round-about, turn left and you have to pass through 10 traffic lights. Turn to the right junction after you notice a Zap City Driving school. After you turn in Sime Darby building is at your right. Keep going straight and you will pass a tar-road bridge. Turn to left after you pass by a malay stall at your right. Once turn in, if chicken farm at your right, you are sure at the right road. 1KM after the turning, you have to turn right again to El Sanctuary.
Rooms:
El Sanctuary has chalets and dorms. All the chalets are built on a slope, it required you to climb to reach the chalets.Every chalets are equipped with an attached toilet, heater, sysling fan, 2 king sized beds and the whole place covered with WIFI.
Activities:
Guest can freely use the volleyball court, netball court and large field. Guest can do night jungle trekking as well.
Foods:
Simple and tasty. You will forever miss their food once you had taste it.










El Sanctuary is a Christian sanctuary located at Alor Gajah, Malacca. It is a great place for fellowship and Cell group retreat. El Santuary is operated by a lovely family. They are Bro. Vincent and his wife Sis. Ann and their 4 children namely, Sherson, Shearman, Shearlee, & Daniel.
There are 16 chalets, 2 dorm, a cafeteria, and a Chapel. Activities that you can do over there such like football, volleyball, jungle trekking. Visitor can have their sunday celebration and indoor game activities in the wonderful aircon Chapel.Whatever your need, The Rekindling is an ideal setting to regain a fresh perspective of your ministry, grow closer to God, your spouse and your family, and be refreshed, renewed.
